For the couple who has the time and loves nothing more than spending countless hours every night on Pinterest and Etsy - but they don’t want to worry about anything on the Big Day. Relax. Our team will make sure everything is covered. Hand over your file and breathe a sigh of relief knowing that every detail will be checked and rechecked by our experienced team. We will also take charge on your wedding day so you can focus on being a happy and stress free couple.

 Please add on 500.00 for ceremonies taking place outside of the Hotel. Also, if you are assigning seats in the ballroom for dinner, we do need to add another person on for this. There is an additional 500.00 charge here for that as well.

Before The Big Day

Email and Phone Call Communication From the time we step in, which is 4 weeks prior to the wedding date

One meeting to review the entire wedding day and create the timeline. This can also be done via Zoom. We do send an online form for you to fill out with all the answers we need.

Become the liaison between you and your vendors.

Make sure the vendors’ needs are taken care of (ex. the Power and Green Rooms, etc)

Attend Ceremony rehearsal * (additional fees may apply) and for Saturday Rehearsals we have to discuss if this is even an option.

Senior planner + bridal dresser to run the day for up to 8 hours on wedding day

Preparation of a personalized and very detailed wedding day itinerary

Confirmation of all vendors

Delivery of the Wedding Day Itinerary to all vendors and the venue to make sure we are all on the same page

Wedding Day Services

It’s truly impossible to list all we take care of on a wedding day. Every wedding is truly so different, and we are always faced with things that are not on the list below; however, this is why we are there. You will probably never know all that we are fixing for you behind the scenes. Below is a list of items included....

Act as command central for the entire day

Work with the venue to ensure a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour & reception

Pin on boutonnieres and distribute wedding party bouquets

Orchestrate ceremony line-up and introduction of couple into reception

Cue musicians for ceremony

Disbursement of all vendor gratuities and final payments (we do require signatures from the vendors for any gratuity we hand out on your behalf)

Make accommodations to ensure gifts, as well as any other personal items (cake knife and server, champagne flutes, guest book etc.) arrive safely back to your room *

Set up escort cards and any other special event accessories like programs, menus, bar signs, sign in book, etc

Assistance to bride and bridesmaids

Access to Emergency Kit

Comprehensive Day Of Coordination with Planner and Bridal Dresser
